From Unknown Talent to International Prospect

Ria Bose’s career is a clear example of FUTPLAN’s ability to identify emerging talent and create a professional pathway where visibility and opportunities previously did not exist.

Before entering FUTPLAN’s structure, Bose was a young player developing in England’s academy system with limited exposure outside youth football. Through strategic career management, FUTPLAN helped accelerate her progression across clubs, international football, and global brand partnerships.

Ria Bose began her development in the Brighton & Hove Albion academy, before continuing her formation within Chelsea’s youth system, one of the most competitive environments in women’s football.

Despite her talent, she remained largely outside the international spotlight, competing primarily in youth teams while developing her profile as a modern attacking full-back capable of playing on both sides of the defense.

FUTPLAN identified her potential early and structured a pathway to transform that potential into professional opportunities.

Included relocation processes, tax and legal coordination, compliance oversight, stakeholder alignment, scheduling of commercial commitments, and strategic calendar management to balance sporting performance with brand expansion.

Our work with Vicky reflects FUTPLAN’s model: integrated athlete management combining sporting negotiation, commercial architecture, legal structure, and long-term asset development. Not representation in isolation, but structured career engineering across competitive, financial, and branding dimensions.

A key step in her career came with the move to Sporting CP in Portugal in 2024, where Bose made the transition from academy football to the senior professional level.

The move allowed her to:

-Gain experience in European professional football

-Adapt to a new tactical environment

-Develop independence and maturity as a young player abroad

Her senior debut with Sporting marked the beginning of her professional career.

Parallel to her club development, Bose established herself within England’s youth national teams, representing the country at multiple levels including U17, U19 and U20.

She was part of the England squad that competed in the UEFA Women’s Under-19 European Championship, reaching the semi-final stage of the tournament.

These experiences helped position her among the promising young defenders emerging from the English system.

FUTPLAN also HELPED WITH Bose’s first global commercial partnership.

Since 2023, she has been part of the Skechers Football athlete roster, representing the brand as one of its young ambassadors.

On the pitch, she plays with the Skechers Razor, a high-performance boot designed for speed, control, and precision — characteristics that reflect her style as a modern attacking full-back.

This partnership marked a key step in building her professional image and connecting her sporting development with an international brand.

Ria Bose’s trajectory illustrates FUTPLAN’s development model:

-Identifying young talent before international recognition

-Creating professional opportunities across Europe

-Managing long-term career progression

-Building brand partnerships alongside sporting growth

From an unknown academy player to an England youth international competing in Europe’s professional leagues, her journey demonstrates how strategic career management can transform potential into opportunity.
