Laura Sisteró
Director - Screenwriter
Born in Barcelona in 1986. In 2008, she completed a higher degree in Audiovisual Production at EMAV. In 2012, she earned a university degree in film from ESCAC in Barcelona, specializing in documentary filmmaking. She currently combines her work as a photographer and director in advertising and television with personal fiction and documentary projects. Tolyatti Adrift is her debut feature film, premiered in Málaga. Laura Sisteró won the MICE Award for Best Film at the 18th Mostra de Cinema Etnográfico, organized by the Museo do Pobo Galego, and also received the IBAIA First Prize.
Txell Llorens
Screenwriter
Screenwriter and president of the Writers Guild of Catalonia (GAC). She has written for several projects at Barça Studios, including the first two episodes of the documentary series about the Barça basketball team, The Court. She also wrote the documentary Bullying, No Callis featuring Vicky Losada. Co-writer with Alex Sardà on the documentary film Hafreait, where she handled research, script development, character profiles, and interviews with the protagonists in Jordan. The documentary was selected for the Sheffield Festival in 2022 and won Best Spanish Documentary at Seminci 2022. She is currently writing a documentary series for Netflix with Minimal Films.
